Why don’t we keep these permanently stocked in our freezer? I haven’t had once since Christmas, when my sister-in-law and I almost death-matched some lady at TJ’s for some of the last boxes.
Lately, I’ve been making a big batch of granola every week, following the outline given to me by a friend who keeps her brood of four fed on the stuff.
It’s fun to experiment (recommended: crystallized ginger sliced up with kitchen scissors; not recommended: molasses subbed for the maple syrup/honey) and it’s giving me better staying power at work.
